Community empowerment refers to the process of enabling communities to increase control over their lives. "Communities" are groups of people that may or may not be spatially connected, but who share common interests, concerns or identities.
When it comes to credit, EDUCATION is KEY. At Blue Sapphires Credit Services we believe our mission would have absolutely no meaning without action. This triggered the launch of Raw and Real by Credit MD, a community empowerment program that provides credit education to individuals wanting to regain and maintain control over their lives. Our Founder, Maggie Daniel is both raw and real when it comes to her own personal struggles and is the driving force behind our community empowerment program. Maggie is a great speaker and Minister of the Gospel. She is married to her husband Heath and they currently make their home in Gardner, KS. She has received her Bachelor of Theology degree and currently working towards completing her Masters. Her simplistic deliverance of the Gospel message tends to resonate with all social groups and cultural backgrounds regardless of their own personal beliefs. She is a St. Louis native and the Founder of Hands up Let’s Pray, a community movement which was birthed in the midst of the Ferguson riots. Maggie is the Founder of Blue Sapphires Ministries and a talented writer and teacher who has devoted her life to reaching the lost and all too often forgotten, for Christ. Maggie overcame many of her own traumas, addictions and struggles in life, enabling her to help others facing the same or similar obstacles in their life. She has the heart of Mary complimented by the courage and strength of David. Her connections to people from all walks of life span the globe, aiding her to share the message of the Gospel to reach many for Christ. Drawing from her own life experiences, Maggie has the knowledge and heart which allows her to meet people at their own level no matter where they may stand when it comes to their own personal beliefs. Her ability to be received as an authority based on her own life experiences resonate with those facing their own similar life events and challenges. This has equipped her to reach many that had turned their ears and hearts away from the unfailing love of God. She is passionate about helping those overcome their struggles by discovering their true identity in Christ and enjoys seeing their own personal growth as they become anchored to the promises of God and access both the love and hope that is produced by having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This passion of helping others and seeing their personal growth has been pivotal to the vision of launching Blue Sapphires Credit Services community empowerment program, Raw and Real by Credit MD. Maggie understands and respects the call of Christ on her life and is truly a living example of what being the hands and feet of Jesus is all about. One contributing factor when it comes to recidivism rates, relapse and/or mental health breakdowns are finances. Credit repair is not an overnight fix. On average most of our clients are with us anywhere from 6-12 months. Some less, some even longer. Even at our greatly reduced monthly rate of just $99, for many re-entering society and/or starting over this is just not part of their monthly budget. Please consider donating to our community empowerment program which will be offering eligible clients scholarships to help offset the cost associated with their credit repair.
